Rice Cereal

So at the well baby checkup on Wednesday, our Peditrician said that I could start Sammy on rice cereal. He isnt even 4 months old yet. Stevie didnt get the ok for cereal until he was 6 months old. What the hell changed in 2 years???? So I really didnt want to start Sammy on cereal yet. Really really didnt want to. So I talked to Andy about it and (of course) Mr. Level Headed said to go ahead and give him cereal. The doc said it was ok so why argue?

So now it is Friday night. He was still hungry after having a big bottle. I caved. He got cereal. But ya know what? He loved it. Spoon and everything. And he slept for 12 hours. It seemed like he knew exactly what to do. When we started Stevie on cereal, he didnt know how to eat it off the spoon and fought every single bite.

I secretly wanted Sammy to hate the taste and not know what to do, but once again, he suprised me. My kids find a way to prove me wrong every day. As soon as I figure out why my camera keeps taking blurry pictures, I will post some food related pictures. Thats all for now I guess.
